Terms and Conditions – y99game Pakistan

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any related communications from y99game.

By completing the y99game registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by using any feature of the platform after registration, you are confirming full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance creates a binding agreement between you and y99game.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the y99game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with the platform. You are encouraged to read all three documents before registering.

The y99game platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of, or legally located in, Pakistan at the time of account use.
• You are registering as an individual for personal use only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by y99game for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or direct family member of a y99game employee where platform access creates a conflict of interest.

y99game takes age verification seriously. At any point, including at the time of first withdrawal, you may be required to submit government-issued identification to confirm your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending documentation and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one registered account on y99game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, y99game may close all associated accounts and withhold any balance pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid payment method. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y99game login credentials. This includes your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. y99game will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact y99game support immediately through Live Chat, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you report a compromise to y99game and the account is secured. y99game will take reasonable steps to assist following a reported compromise but cannot reverse settled bets or game outcomes that occurred prior to the report.

y99game accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. y99game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your y99game account balance immediately for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank IBFT transfers are typically credited within the same business day. Card deposits are credited within 1–2 business days depending on issuing bank processing times.

All funds deposited to y99game must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is prohibited. y99game may request evidence that funds originate from a legitimate personal source as part of its account verification process.

The minimum withdrawal amount from y99game is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are available to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank accounts (IBFT). y99game does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Under 3 minutes for verified accounts.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 2 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank IBFT: Within the same business day in most cases.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–2 business days.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the y99game account holder. y99game will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

y99game reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts or where account activity triggers a review. Withdrawals held for verification will be released as soon as the required documentation is received and reviewed. Players are encouraged to complete identity verification promptly after registration to avoid any delay at the withdrawal stage.

Where a bonus has been applied to an account, withdrawal of the bonus component is subject to the applicable wagering requirement as described in the bonus terms. Real-money balance deposited by the player is always available for withdrawal without wagering conditions, unless it has been explicitly included in a bonus deal the player opted into.

y99game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, tournament prizes and other promotional credits from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement and expiry period. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses in this document.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and can only be used for gameplay — they cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement for a bonus is met in full, the bonus converts to real-money balance and becomes available for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.

The following conduct is prohibited in connection with bonuses and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk or guarantee withdrawal without genuine engagement with the games — for example, betting on all outcomes simultaneously.
• Exploiting any error, system fault or bonus calculation bug to obtain credits beyond the intended offer.
• Sharing bonus codes or using codes obtained from unauthorised third parties.

All bets placed on y99game sports, esports and other betting markets are subject to the specific rules published for each market. These rules cover bet settlement, void conditions, what happens when an event is postponed or abandoned, and how in-play bets are handled if an event is suspended mid-stream. Players are responsible for reading the applicable market rules before placing any bet.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the y99game system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The exception is a "cash out" feature where explicitly offered — the terms of cash out are published separately for applicable markets.

y99game reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a system error, and the correct odds would not have attracted the same stake.
• There is clear evidence the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed using a third-party system or bot rather than through the platform interface directly.
• The player had a direct or indirect personal connection to the participants or outcome of the event.

Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. y99game will communicate the reason for any void through the account's bet history and, where appropriate, through direct support contact.

All casino-style games, card games and fishing games on y99game use a server-side RNG that has been independently certified for randomness and fairness. The RNG generates outcomes for card deals in Teen Patti and poker, fish spawn patterns in fishing games, dice results in Ludo and all other randomised game events. The platform or its staff have no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Full hand histories and session logs for all games are stored permanently and are accessible from your account history. If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or resulted from a technical fault, you may raise a dispute through y99game support within 14 days of the relevant session. Disputes submitted after this period may not be actionable.

Game rules specific to each title — including Teen Patti variation rules, poker hand rankings and payout structures, fishing game multiplier tables and Ludo match formats — are published within the game interface and on the relevant section pages of the platform. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before staking real money.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the y99game platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent exclusion:

• Registering more than one account under any combination of names, phone numbers, payment methods or devices.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets or participate in games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players during card games or any multiplayer game to manipulate outcomes at the expense of other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG weaknesses, glitches or system errors to obtain an unfair advantage or credits beyond what would be earned through fair play.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions or any financial activity that is not genuine gaming activity.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Placing bets on sporting or gaming events where you have insider information about the outcome not available to the general public.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or y99game staff through any communication channel on the platform.

y99game actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, y99game will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players.

y99game collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on y99game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The primary purposes for which y99game processes personal data include: account creation and management, payment processing and fraud prevention, identity verification, compliance with applicable laws, customer support, and improvement of platform services. y99game does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data y99game holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data where no legal obligation requires its retention. These requests should be submitted to support@y99game.ws.

y99game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings:

• Daily deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within any 24-hour period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount for daily, weekly or monthly periods.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent registration of new accounts. This takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

y99game may suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when reasonably requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, y99game will communicate the reason and expected timeline through the registered contact details. Real-money balance held in a suspended account will be preserved during investigation. If the investigation concludes without findings that justify forfeiture, the balance will be returned to the player.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a material breach — such as fraud, multi-accounting or collusion — any balance held may be forfeited at y99game's discretion and the player will be permanently excluded from registering again on the platform.

y99game provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and accurate operation, y99game does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that it will be free from errors, delays or temporary outages. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

y99game will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, winnings or opportunity arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues or platform outages.
• Any loss arising from your failure to read and understand the applicable game or market rules before playing.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses beyond the direct value of any affected transaction.

Where y99game is found to be directly liable for a loss caused by its own systems or staff, liability is limited to the value of the directly affected transaction. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

y99game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — y99game will provide reasonable notice of the changes before they take effect, either through a notice displayed within the platform, an email to the registered address or a notification via the player's registered mobile number.

Minor amendments, such as clarification of existing terms or corrections to typographical errors, may be made without advance notice and will be effective from the date the updated terms are published with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not accept an amendment to these terms, you may close your account before the change takes effect by contacting support. Continued use of y99game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
